Pure joy is my new practice recently.
In the daily life, go tp found something that would immerse myself in pure joy.
For example, one day when I was on my way to work, I saw three birds with unknown names upon the tree.
They were surrounded by each other in the air.
And the end, they fly into the tree together.
That picture made me stop and stare for a while.
Feel inner peace in my heart and made me smiling at the moment.
I feel that the world is still as beautiful as ever.
